Tips:
- Before downloading any new player, Bookmark this page or add it to
your Favorites list so you can easily get back to this page.
- Depending on your media player settings, the file will
either stream/play from its current position, or it will download to your
machine. If you have an option, specify "play file from its current
location" to save time. If you have a dial-up connection, it may be better to download the
file.
- To watch the Windows Media version (.wmv), you will need the FREE Windows Media
player (most Windows computers already have this installed) or a player
that will play that type of file. For the Windows Media versions, Press Alt-Enter to change a video
to full screen. Press the Esc key to return to the normal
player
window size.
- To watch the RealVideo version (.rm), you will need the FREE
OnePlayer from Real.com. Set your preferences to play the video in
streaming mode rather than downloading it if you have a slower
connection. Press the Restart Download button if you get an error
message. For the RealVideo versions, press Ctrl-3 to change a video to full
screen. Press the Esc key to return to the normal player window size.
- If you are using a Dial-Up connection, the RealVideo sound quality is much
better than the Windows Media version.
- If you are using a Broadband connection and experience pauses as the video
buffers at times, temporarily press the pause button on your player, which
stops the play, but not the buffering to allow more of the video to move
into the memory cache. For smoothest play, allow the entire video to
download into your Internet browser's cache.
