Normal Business Hours

The normal hours (Pacific Time) that our administrative or support staff are at the phones are: 

• 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday (all times are Central Time)
• 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday.

If voicemail should pick up, please leave a detailed message and we'll call you back as soon as possible.  All calls are returned, even if messages are not left.

For client training sessions, our trainers/therapists often see clients Monday - Thursday through 8 p.m. at our various locations.
