trainers or management, not by a call center, and we like to spend quality time
with each caller. Due to the intensity of our current schedules,
please note the following:
Monday - Wednesday afternoon and evenings our staff is
nearly always tied up with client families. Thus the best times to call are:
- 10:00 a.m. to noon, Monday - Wednesday
(all times are Pacific Time)
- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday.
You are welcome to leave a message at any time, and
sometimes phones are covered during other hours as well.
Your number will show up in our Caller ID, so please leave a message if
voicemail picks up. We will return your call.
