Long Distance Program*

Self-Guided Home Training System

A do-it-yourself self-guided training system. Includes the basic Sharper Mind Centers equipment, complete written and videotape instructions and Auditory Module materials.  Includes up to six 30-minute scheduled phone support sessions for assisting with understanding of materials.  Personalized training or accountability sessions available at extra cost.  Available for schools as well.

Simple Detox Module
